Brilliant Industries Limited (BIL) is a member company of TGV conglomerate engaged in manufacture of Veterinary Biologicals and Medicines. The group started with Chloro Alkaline products in 1987 has expanded its activities to Industrial Chemicals, Aquaculture, Salt Manufacturing, Power, Health Care, Hospitality Industry, Personal Care Products, IT Industry and to Veterinary Biologicals and Medicines with a group turnover of 167 million US Dollars.

The Veterinary Vaccines Division unit was set up near Hyderabad, the state capital of Andhra Pradesh, India in the year 1996 and is licensed to manufacture and market Veterinary Biologicals and Medicines with the state-of-the-art technology. The division is accredited with WHO-GMP and ISO 9001-2000 certification.
The R&D wing is actively engaged in constant up-gradation of the technology while the in-house Quality Assurance Department ensures that the products meet impeccable quality standards.
The Vaccines are developed using the modern technology i.e. Tissue Culture based production and testing. The vaccines are tested and certified for their potency, sterility and safety standards by the standardization division of Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI), Izzatnagar, the premier veterinary research institute in India established in the year 1889 and now under the aegis of Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India.
We are also pleased to inform you that, under the technical collaboration with Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI), supported by WHO-GMP and ISO 9001-2000, we have initiated manufacturing facilities for the production of Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) vaccine and the plant is under final stages of completion. The first batch of FMD vaccine will be released in to the market during the month of April 2006. With our production capability we can manufacture 20 million doses and there by shall be the 3rd largest manufacturer of FMD Vaccine globally.
